Hip arthroscopy is considered the cornerstone of the young adult hip preservation surgeries dedicated to diagnose and treat hip pain and problems in young and middle-aged patients
Most of these injuries are due to development problems or sports injuries such as femoro-acetabular impingement (FAI), dysplasia, labral tears, iliopsoas muscle impingement…etc

Hip arthroscopy is a minimally invasive operation. It is based on the introduction of a special lens connected to a camera for visualization together with special working instruments through two to four very small incisions

This allows full joint vision without massive opening for the skin, muscles, and soft tissue around the joint. This leads to much less postoperative pain and early mobilizations and recovery as compared with the traditional open procedures

منظار مفصل الفخذ هو حجر الزاوية في جراحات الحفاظ على مفصل الفخذ للشباب البالغين المخصصة لعلاج آلام الورك والمشاكل لدى المرضى الصغار ومتوسطي العمر.
معظم هذه الإصابات ناتجة عن مشاكل في النمو أو إصابات رياضية مثل اصطدام الفخذ والحقي ، وخلل التنسج ، وتمزق الشفا ، وانصهار العضلات الحرقفية … إلخ.

منظار مفصل الفخذ هو عملية محدودة التدخل و التوغل. يعتمد على إدخال عدسة خاصة متصلة بكاميرا وأدوات خاصة من خلال فتحات و شقوق جلدية صغيرة جدًا. هذا يسمح برؤية المفاصل دون فتح كبير للانسجة الرخوة المحيطة بالفصل من الجلد والعضلات. هذا يؤدي بالتأكيد إلى ألام أقل بكثير بعد الجراحةوالتعافي المبكرمقارنه بالإجراءات المفتوحة التقليديه.
